Letting go of my ex

I broke up with her 3 months ago , since she decided to date another guy. She still phones me regularly saying that she is closes to me and miss me. This makes me very unhappy and brings a lot of old feelings back. It is painful to have contact with her.
Yet I can't stop myself from talking to her and say this to her .. Can't she understand this?


My answer:

She is not ready to let you go, but also has no intention of resuming a relationship with you. Her actions are cruel and unfeeling. This is not healthy for you or for her. You will have to find the courage to tell her to not contact you again.

Breaking off all contact with her is the only way you will be able to move on. Her motives for talking to you is completely selfish. Do not feel bad for breaking things off for good. Cut your losses and find someone that is worthy of your love and time.
