Can't go on

I don't know where else to turn? I can't go on anymore!
I just wantto end it all so that I don't feel so much pain and loneliness anymore. I don't want help from anyone I know cause it will only hurt them. I have no reason to hold on, lost all hope and passion for life. Please help me

Good and bad times, happy and sad times are part of the flow of life and it will pass. Don't give up when times are bad because everything in life changes so quickly that you never know what the next hour, day, week, month, or year will bring. It is part of the balance of life.

You can't appreciate being happy until you've been sad, just like you can't appreciate being really healthy until you've been sick.

Finally, share whats bothering you with someone who knew you in happy and sad times because they can help you find the happy times again. If a random person (like me) on the internet cares, then somebody closer to you definitely does.

Reach out and take someones hand. If you don't feel strong enough to help yourself, each out to someone who will.

Keep on reaching out until you find a path toward the light.
