My answer:

It is impossible to make someone fall in love with you. Little tricks and smooth moves will only win her for a short while, but it will not keep her with you.

Just be the best version of yourself, build on what you already have and be honest with her. Share your feelings with her and make her a part of your team.

Be considerate and caring. Love is not something you can control, it will either happen or it won't. If it doesn't happen, it means you are not meant for each other. Just relax and enjoy whatever happens.
